Have you noticed? As I promised last month, my newsletter is now coming to you in a brand new format. Hopefully you've received your first two editions and found them informative and easy to read. You will always find at least one photo to inspire you, news about products, events, and promotions, and a special box containing current specials and free monthly gifts.
As with any upgrade, this one also brings a few changes with it. One is that your Internet provider might be marking the newsletter as Spam and not delivering it to your inbox. If you haven't received the last couple of issues, you might want to check your Spam or Junk Mail folder, then mark the newsletter as "Not Spam" to make sure you get it promptly in the future.
Another change is that I will no longer be posting the entire newsletter here. Instead you'll find a link to the most current issue in the side bar. You will also find a link where you can subscribe to my newsletter and have it delivered directly to your inbox. Of course, once you subscribe to my newsletter, you will also have the option to unsubscribe. One thing that remains the same is that I will never share your personal contact information with a third party.
I've made these changes with the aim of improving the service I provide to you, my valued clients. I hope you will contact me with your feedback on the new newsletter format and suggestions for what you'd like to see in future issues.

Late July Newsletter - All Kinds Of Updates!
I know you've all been waiting for all the latest updates from Uppercase Living. Our convention was earlier this month in St. Louis and it was an extravaganza with one exciting announcement after another! The new catalog has been live for about a week and everyone who has seen it has one thing to say: WOW!!! It also means lots of anticipation as we look forward to this year's Uppercase Living Convention and all of the news that will be announced then, not to mention a new catalog! This month I'm starting a new feature in my newsletter: I will showcase a client who uses Uppercase Living products in her/his home or business and tell you a little about the client. This month I'd like to introduce you to Joanne Marek. I met Joanne earlier this year at a UL party at her neighbor's home. She loved our products but was concerned about how the lettering would look on her wallpapered walls. I went over for a home consultation where we not only made sure that our expressions would adhere to her wallpaper, but also chose a color that would complement the pattern, rather than work against it. It's difficult to see in the photo below, but the Vintage Bordeaux expression picks up on the slightly red tones in the wallpaper design. Now that her expression is on the wall, Joanne loves it and is picking out what to get next.

Happy New Year!
Now that the Holidays are over, it's nice to look ahead to the new year with the anticipation of all that's yet to come. Between the snow, ice and/or rain that we have all been dealing with, it's a little hard to believe that spring is just around the corner. My sense of anticipation for the new year has reached full-blown excitement with the release of our new catalog and a terrific Inspirations Incentive. Having just seen our fantastic new Decorative Prints in person, my mind is reeling with all the possibilities they provide to easily transform practically any space.
